Terms of Service for GloSolar

Welcome to GloSolar S.A ("GSS", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://www.glosolarsa.co.za and the purchase of products through our eCommerce platform.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use this site or make purchases.


3. Products and Orders

  • We sell physical solar equipment and accessories.
  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Orders placed without full payment may not be processed.
  • You may checkout as a guest; we do not require customer account creation.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT.
  • Accepted payment methods include EFT, telegraphic transfer, and bank transfer.
  • All payments must be cleared before shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • 1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (South Africa Standard Time)
  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking once your order ships.

6. Returns and Refunds


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 60 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is unused and undamaged
  • You contact us via email before returning the item

  • 2. How to Initiate a Return

    To initiate a return, please email us at info@glosolarsa.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • A clear photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Once approved, we will arrange collection of the item.


    3. Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Contact us via email within 60 days of delivery
  • Include a photo of the item and a short description of the issue
  • We will assess the claim and arrange collection. Depending on your preference, we will send you a replacement item or issue a full refund.


    4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for processing
  • No restocking or handling fees will apply

  • 5. Return Shipping Costs

    GloSolar  will cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns.


    6. International Returns

    We accept returns from international customers in the following countries:
    Algeria, Angola, Australia, Côte d’Ivoire, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe

    Please note:

  • Return shipping for international orders may take longer
  • Customers must email us for approval and return instructions before sending items back

  • 7. Items That Cannot Be Returned

    Currently, all items are eligible for return, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

All products are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties. Please refer to individual product descriptions or contact us for warranty terms.

  • Delays due to courier, customs, or force majeure,
  • Incorrect use or installation of our products.
