Returns Policy

Introduction

Refund & Return Policy – GloSolar 

Effective Date: 01. 02. 2025

At GloSolar S.A, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 60 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is unused and undamaged
  • You contact us via email before returning the item

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@glosolarsa.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • A clear photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will arrange collection of the item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Contact us via email within 60 days of delivery
  • Include a photo of the item and a short description of the issue

We will assess the claim and arrange collection. Depending on your preference, we will send you a replacement item or issue a full refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for processing
  • No restocking or handling fees will apply

5. Return Shipping Costs

GloSolar  will cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns.

6. International Returns

We accept returns from international customers in the following countries:
Algeria, Angola, Australia, Côte d’Ivoire, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe

Please note:

  • Return shipping for international orders may take longer
  • Customers must email us for approval and return instructions before sending items back

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Currently, all items are eligible for return, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
